  • "Premium" refers to the amount paid by the Client to purchase the insurance coverage, as specified in the Policy.

  • "Claim" refers to a request made by the Client for compensation under the Policy for an event covered by the insurance.

2. Scope of Services

NobleBit provides comprehensive insurance coverage designed to protect your financial transactions. Our services include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Crypto Transaction Insurance: Protection against fraud, hacking, cyber theft, unauthorized access, and other digital asset-related risks.

  • Bank Transfer Insurance: Coverage for issues related to fiat currency transactions, including transaction failure, unauthorized charges, and third-party errors.

  • Multi-Country Coverage: Our services are available in 34+ countries, each governed by the local legal framework applicable to insurance practices.

  • Customizable Plans: We offer flexible, tailored policies to suit individual or business needs. You may choose coverage for individual transactions, recurring transfers, or business-related operations.

  • Crypto Asset Protection: Coverage for assets held in wallets, exchanges, and during peer-to-peer transactions.

The scope of our insurance services is defined in the Policy you purchase, which may contain specific conditions, limits, and exclusions.

3. Eligibility & Registration

To access and use our services, the following conditions must be met:

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to register for services.

  • Accurate Information: All information provided during registration, including personal, financial, and contact details, must be accurate and complete.

  • Registration Process: To begin using our services, you must complete our registration process, which includes agreeing to these Terms & Conditions and verifying your identity as required by applicable laws.

  • Policy Limits: Each policy comes with a maximum coverage amount. Any losses exceeding the limit may not be covered.

  • Deductibles: Certain policies may include a deductible, meaning you must pay a certain amount before coverage kicks in.

  • Exclusions: Your policy may contain exclusions for specific types of risks, such as losses arising from negligence, intentional misconduct, illegal activities, or unregulated platforms.

Claims Process:
To submit a claim under your Policy, follow the procedure outlined below:

  • Claim Filing: Claims must be filed within a specific time frame (e.g., 30 days from the date of the event).

  • Negligence: Losses resulting from negligence or failure to adhere to security protocols (e.g., failure to use two-factor authentication, leaving funds in insecure wallets).

  • Unregulated or Illegal Platforms: Transactions made on platforms or in jurisdictions that do not meet the required regulatory standards for financial transactions.

  • Termination by NobleBit: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions or if fraudulent activity is detected.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By using the services of NobleBit, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in New York County, New York, for any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the services provided by NobleBit.

    In the event of any legal dispute, you agree that any claim or cause of action must be brought within one (1) year after the occurrence of the event giving rise to the claim, otherwise, the claim will be permanently barred.
